Returns & Shipping

Thank you for your order, we hope you are pleased with it.
We do not accept returns due to the nature of the product.
If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete or if you receive the wrong order, we will replace or refund your order and arrange for return posting should you wish to send products back to us, at no additional cost. 
Please note the above option will be carried out provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products.
 
Photographic evidence will be required for any refund where the product is deemed faulty or damaged, or where the wrong order has been received.

At Jomo London, we are currently shipping worldwide (where we are allowed to) The drop down list will allow you to select your shipping destination.
UK Delivery: 2-3 business days please allow longer over bank holidays and Sundays.
International Delivery: 3-11 days
