Returns & Shipping

Thank you for your order, we hope you are pleased with it.

Once opened we do not accept returns due to the nature of the product.

If your goods arrive damaged, faulty, incomplete or if you receive the wrong order, please email [email protected] and our distribution team will be able to help.

Photographic evidence will be required for any refund where the product is deemed faulty or damaged, or where the wrong order has been received.

 

Shipping: 

At Jomo London, we offer shipping throughout the UK and Europe (where we are allowed to) The drop down list will allow you to select your shipping destination.

 

UK Delivery:

Please allow 1 – 3 working days for order fulfilment before shipping via your chosen shipping method at checkout.

Please note we only ship orders on working days Monday – Friday Excluding UK national/bank holidays.

 

International Deliveries:

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail, small parcel tracked and signed. Please allow 1 – 3 working days for order fulfilment before shipping and delivery can take between 3-11 working days depending upon your delivery location.

Please note your delivery may be subject to in country Duty and taxes charges, which will be payable by the receiver of the goods and are not the responsibility of the sender. Please be aware customs may contact you for payment before goods will be released and delivered.
